Description
Enjoy the iconic flavors of a Big Mac in a quick and fun wrap format. Perfect for lunch or dinner, these wraps are easy to make and delicious!
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound ground beef (80/20 recommended)
- Large tortilla wraps (flour, whole wheat, or spinach)
- American cheese (or cheddar or pepper jack)
- Dill pickles (or sweet pickles)
- Shredded iceberg or romaine lettuce (or spinach)
- Finely diced yellow onion (or red onion)
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, brown 1 pound of ground beef. Break it up with a spatula and cook until fully browned, about 6-8 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
- Season the beef with salt and pepper. You can also add garlic powder and onion powder for extra flavor.
- While the beef is cooking, mix together your Big Mac sauce. In a bowl, combine ½ cup mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons ketchup, 1 tablespoon yellow mustard, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, and 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish. Stir until well combined.
- Lay a large tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread a generous amount of Big Mac sauce in the center of the tortilla. Top with a portion of the cooked beef, a slice of cheese, a handful of shredded lettuce, diced onions, and pickles.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it tightly from the bottom up to enclose all the fillings. Make sure to keep everything secure.
- For an extra touch, you can toast the wraps in a skillet for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
- Cut the wraps in half diagonally and serve with extra Big Mac sauce on the side for dipping.
