Instructions

  4. Beat in the egg and peppermint extract until well combined.

  6. Gently fold in the chocolate chips and crushed peppermint candies.
  7. Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, drop balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each cookie.
