- Pour in your non-alcoholic punch or juice along with any spices you’re using. Mix until the dough is well combined. It should be slightly sticky but manageable.
- Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). On a floured surface, roll out the chilled dough to about 1/4 inch thick. Use star-shaped cookie cutters to cut out the cookies and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake the cookies for about 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Once baked, let the cookies cool on a wire rack.
