Ingredients
- Flatbreads
- Ground Beef
- Cheddar Cheese
- Yellow Onion
- Dill Pickles
- Ketchup
- Mustard
- Fresh Lettuce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, add a splash of oil and the ground beef. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes, breaking it up with a spatula as it cooks.
- Once the beef is browned, add diced onions to the skillet. Sauté until the onions are soft and translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
- Lay out the flatbreads on a baking sheet. Spread a tablespoon of ketchup and mustard on each flatbread for flavor. Then, evenly distribute the beef and onion mixture over the top.
- Sprinkle a generous amount of shredded cheese over the beef mixture. Make sure every inch is covered for that gooey cheeseburger experience!
- Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for about 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the edges of the flatbreads are crispy.
- Once out of the oven, top your flatbreads with fresh lettuce, sliced pickles, and any additional toppings you love. Slice into pieces and serve immediately.
