Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of softened butter, 1 cup of brown sugar, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Beat until creamy.

  5. Peel, core, and slice about 3 cups of apples. Toss them in a bowl with 2 tablespoons of sugar and an additional teaspoon of cinnamon.
