Ingredients

  • bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs

  • olive oil
  • Dijon mustard
  • kosher salt
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with olive oil or cooking spray.
  2. Pat your chicken thighs thoroughly dry with paper towels and season both sides generously with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Arrange the chicken in your prepared baking dish, skin-side up.
  3. In a medium bowl, whisk together the honey, orange juice, minced garlic, fresh rosemary, fresh thyme, Dijon mustard, and a pinch of red pepper flakes (if using). Taste and adjust seasonings if needed.
