Description
These Cheesecake Deviled Strawberries are a sweet, creamy, no-bake treat that’s perfect for parties, potlucks, and holidays! Fresh strawberries are stuffed with a light cheesecake filling and finished with a sprinkle of graham cracker crumbs. Quick to make, fun to serve, and guaranteed to impress!
Ingredients
-
1 lb fresh strawberries (about 20 large strawberries)
-
8 oz cream cheese, softened
-
1/4 cup powdered sugar
-
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
-
2 tablespoons heavy cream (as needed)
-
1/4 cup crushed graham crackers (for topping)
Instructions
-
Wash and dry the strawberries. Cut each berry in half lengthwise.
-
Scoop out a small well from the center of each strawberry half using a small spoon or knife.
-
Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla together until smooth and creamy.
-
If needed, add heavy cream a little at a time until the filling is pipeable but thick.
-
Pipe or spoon the cheesecake filling into the strawberry centers.
-
Sprinkle crushed graham cracker crumbs over the tops.
-
Chill for 10–15 minutes before serving for best results — or enjoy right away!
Notes
-
Choose large, firm strawberries so they hold the filling well.
-
Pipe the filling for an extra polished look (but a spoon works too!).
-
Add lemon zest to the filling for a bright twist.
-
Use gluten-free graham crackers to keep the dessert gluten-free.
-
Best served fresh! These strawberries are most delicious the day they’re made.
