Description

These Cheesecake Deviled Strawberries are a sweet, creamy, no-bake treat that’s perfect for parties, potlucks, and holidays! Fresh strawberries are stuffed with a light cheesecake filling and finished with a sprinkle of graham cracker crumbs. Quick to make, fun to serve, and guaranteed to impress!


Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh strawberries (about 20 large strawberries)

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream (as needed)

  • 1/4 cup crushed graham crackers (for topping)


Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the strawberries. Cut each berry in half lengthwise.

  2. Scoop out a small well from the center of each strawberry half using a small spoon or knife.

  3. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla together until smooth and creamy.

  4. If needed, add heavy cream a little at a time until the filling is pipeable but thick.

  5. Pipe or spoon the cheesecake filling into the strawberry centers.

  6. Sprinkle crushed graham cracker crumbs over the tops.

  7. Chill for 10–15 minutes before serving for best results — or enjoy right away!

Notes

  • Choose large, firm strawberries so they hold the filling well.

  • Pipe the filling for an extra polished look (but a spoon works too!).

  • Add lemon zest to the filling for a bright twist.

  • Use gluten-free graham crackers to keep the dessert gluten-free.
