Instructions

  1. Start by patting the chicken thighs dry with paper towels. Season both sides generously with salt and pepper.

  5. While the chicken is cooking, prepare your slaw. In a large bowl, combine shredded red cabbage, carrots, and thinly sliced apple. In a small bowl, whisk together apple cider vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Pour the dressing over the slaw and toss to combine.
