Ingredients
– 1 (9-ounce) package refrigerated cheese tortellini

– 2 large eggs
– 2 tablespoons milk

– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
– Vegetable oil, for frying

Instructions
1. Cook tortellini according to package directions, then drain and let cool.
2. Place flour in one shallow bowl. In a second bowl, whisk together eggs and milk. In a third bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
3. Dredge each tortellini in flour, then dip in the egg mixture, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
4. Heat about 2 inches of vegetable oil in a deep skillet over medium-high heat.
