Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • Additional powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Set and slightly golden on top. The edges should be firm, and the center should have a slight jiggle.
  2. Once baked, remove from the oven and let the bars cool completely in the baking dish on a wire rack.
  3. Once cooled, lift the bars out using the parchment paper overhang and cut into squares.
  4. Before serving, dust the bars with powdered sugar and garnish with fresh raspberries and lemon slices if desired.
