Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sour cream. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Add the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese. Stir until well combined.
- Sprinkle in the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Mix until evenly distributed.

- Drizzle in the hot honey, starting with 1/4 cup, and adjust to taste. Stir until well combined.
- Set aside the halved cherry tomatoes for topping.
