Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup diced tomatoes

1/4 cup diced pickles

1/4 cup diced onions

1/4 cup ketchup

2 tablespoons yellow mustard

4 large flour tortillas

Nonstick cooking spray or a little oil for grilling

Optional: shredded lettuce, sliced jalapeños


Instructions

1. In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess grease.

2. Season beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika. Stir well.

3. Lay out the tortillas. Spread a thin layer of ketchup and mustard on each.

4. Evenly divide the seasoned beef across the tortillas.

5. Top each with shredded cheese, tomatoes, pickles, and onions. Add optional toppings if desired.

6. Roll each tortilla tightly like a burrito.

7. Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium heat. Spray lightly with nonstick spray.
