Counter-Notification – Reinstatement of Content

If your content has been removed due to a DMCA complaint and you believe this removal was in error, you may file a counter-notification. This must include:

3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe the content was removed by mistake or misidentification;
4. Your name, address, phone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your location (or if outside the U.S., any judicial district where the service provider may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice.

Repeat Infringer Policy

KitchenYumm.com maintains a strict repeat infringer policy. If we receive multiple DMCA complaints about the same user, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate that user’s account or access to our services in accordance with the DMCA.
