These Buffalo Chicken Puff Pastry Puffs are the ultimate game-day snack, bursting with zesty flavor and wrapped in flaky pastry. Perfect for parties or weeknight dinners, they’re easy to make and sure to please a crowd!

Ingredients

  • Puff Pastry
  • Cooked Chicken (shredded rotisserie chicken, leftover grilled chicken, or poached chicken)
  • Buffalo Sauce
  • Cream Cheese
  • Shredded Cheese (Cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack, or Pepper Jack)
  • Green Onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, and half of the shredded cheese. Mix until well combined.
  3. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the puff pastry sheets and cut them into squares, approximately 3 inches by 3 inches.
  4. Place a generous tablespoon of the chicken mixture in the center of each square.
  5. Fold each square over to form a triangle and press the edges together firmly to seal. Use a fork to crimp the edges for a decorative touch.
  6. Place the sealed puffs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush the tops lightly with an egg wash made from one beaten egg mixed with a tablespoon of water.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until puffed and golden brown.
  8. Once baked, remove from the oven and let them cool slightly. Serve warm with additional buffalo sauce or ranch dressing for dipping.
