  • ½ cup (120g) apple butter
  • ½ cup (60g) granola
  • Optional garnishes: sliced apple, a sprinkle of cinnamon, chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Start by spooning about ¼ cup (60g) of your chosen yogurt into the bottom of each glass.
  2. Carefully add about 2 tablespoons (30g) of apple butter over the yogurt in each glass.
  3. Sprinkle about ¼ cup (30g) of granola evenly over the apple butter layer in each glass.
  4. Repeat the yogurt layer by spooning another ¼ cup (60g) of yogurt over the granola in each glass.
  5. Add another 2 tablespoons (30g) of apple butter on top of the second yogurt layer in each glass.
  6. Finish each parfait by sprinkling the remaining granola over the top.
  7. If desired, garnish your parfaits with a few thin slices of fresh apple, a dusting of cinnamon, or a sprinkle of chopped nuts. Serve immediately.
