- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup fresh mozzarella balls (bocconcini), halved
- 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
- 1/4 cup balsamic glaze
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
- Crackers or sliced baguette for serving
Instructions
- Wash the cherry tomatoes under cold water, slice them in half, and place them in a medium bowl.
- Halve the mozzarella balls and add them to the bowl.
- Chop the basil leaves and add them as well.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze and season with salt and pepper. Toss gently and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, add softened cream cheese.
- Mix in sour cream and mayonnaise.
- Sprinkle in garlic powder and onion powder, followed by grated Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning.
- Blend until smooth and creamy using a hand mixer or whisk.
- Gently fold the tomato and mozzarella mixture into the creamy base, ensuring not to break the mozzarella too much.
- Mix until evenly distributed.
- Transfer the dip to a serving dish, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- After chilling, stir the dip gently.
- Drizzle with extra balsamic glaze and garnish with fresh basil leaves.
- Serve with crackers or sliced baguette.
