Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup fresh mozzarella balls (bocconcini), halved
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • 1/4 cup balsamic glaze
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish
  • Crackers or sliced baguette for serving

Instructions

  1. Wash the cherry tomatoes under cold water, slice them in half, and place them in a medium bowl.
  2. Halve the mozzarella balls and add them to the bowl.
  3. Chop the basil leaves and add them as well.
  4. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and season with salt and pepper. Toss gently and set aside.
  5. In a large mixing bowl, add softened cream cheese.
  6. Mix in sour cream and mayonnaise.
  7. Sprinkle in garlic powder and onion powder, followed by grated Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning.
  8. Blend until smooth and creamy using a hand mixer or whisk.
  9. Gently fold the tomato and mozzarella mixture into the creamy base, ensuring not to break the mozzarella too much.
  10. Mix until evenly distributed.
  11. Transfer the dip to a serving dish, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  12. After chilling, stir the dip gently.
  13. Drizzle with extra balsamic glaze and garnish with fresh basil leaves.
  14. Serve with crackers or sliced baguette.
