Ingredients
Scale
- 3 ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup Biscoff spread
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan with butter or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.
- In a large mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth, leaving some chunks if desired.
- Add melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract to the bananas and mix until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and a pinch of salt. Gradually add this to the wet mixture, stirring gently until just combined.
- Gently fold in half of the Biscoff spread into the batter.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Drop spoonfuls of the remaining Biscoff spread on top and use a knife to create swirls through the batter.
- Place the loaf pan in the preheated oven and bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Once baked, remove the banana bread from the oven and let it cool in the pan for about 10 minutes. Then, transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.

Keywords: Use overripe bananas for the best sweetness and moisture. Don't over-mix to avoid a dense loaf. Feel free to add chocolate chips, nuts, or shredded coconut for added flavor and texture.
