Ingredients
– 2 ripe bananas, mashed
– 1 cup cream cheese, softened
– 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
– 3/4 cup sugar
– 2 large eggs
– 1 tsp vanilla extract

– 1 tsp baking powder
– 1/2 tsp baking soda
– 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners.
2. In a large bowl, combine mashed bananas, cream cheese, melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Mix until smooth.
3. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
4. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients. Stir gently until just combined.
