  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh herbs (such as thyme, rosemary, or parsley), chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup honey (for drizzling on top)
  • Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)
  • Assorted dippers (such as sliced baguette, crackers, or vegetable sticks)

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients on the counter for easy access.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine softened goat cheese and cream cheese. Blend until smooth and creamy (about 2-3 minutes).
  3. Add sour cream and mayonnaise, mixing until fully incorporated.
  4. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, and chopped fresh herbs. Add red pepper flakes if desired. Mix until well combined.
  5. Taste and season with salt and pepper to your preference.
  6. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  7. Lightly grease an 8×8 inch baking dish with cooking spray or olive oil.
  8. Transfer the dip mixture into the prepared baking dish, smoothing the top with a spatula.
