- 8 oz goat cheese, softened
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh herbs (such as thyme, rosemary, or parsley), chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup honey (for drizzling on top)
- Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)
- Assorted dippers (such as sliced baguette, crackers, or vegetable sticks)
Instructions
- Gather all ingredients on the counter for easy access.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine softened goat cheese and cream cheese. Blend until smooth and creamy (about 2-3 minutes).
- Add sour cream and mayonnaise, mixing until fully incorporated.
- Stir in grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, and chopped fresh herbs. Add red pepper flakes if desired. Mix until well combined.
- Taste and season with salt and pepper to your preference.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Lightly grease an 8×8 inch baking dish with cooking spray or olive oil.
- Transfer the dip mixture into the prepared baking dish, smoothing the top with a spatula.
- Drizzle honey over the top of the dip.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until edges bubble and the top is golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.
- Prepare dippers by slicing a baguette and arranging crackers and vegetable sticks.
- Garnish the dip with additional fresh herbs for presentation.
