Ingredients
For the Sandwich:

4 slices of sourdough or whole grain bread

Instructions

Mash the Avocado: In a small bowl, mash avocado with lime juice, salt, pepper, and garlic powder (if using). Keep a few chunks for texture!

Assemble the Sandwich: Spread avocado mash on two slices of bread. Top with cheese and any extras like spinach or tomato. Place the other slices on top to close.
