Ingredients
- Ground Beef
- Dumpling Wrappers
- Curry Powder
- Onion, finely minced

- Egg White
- Vegetable Broth or Water
- Soy Sauce (for dipping sauce)

Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, minced onion, minced garlic, minced ginger, curry powder, soy sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, egg white, and vegetable broth (or water).
- Using your hands, or a spoon, mix all the ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate the filling for at least 15-20 minutes.
- Take your dumpling wrappers out of the package and have a small bowl of water ready.
- Place about 1 teaspoon of the curry beef filling in the center of each wrapper.
- Dip your finger in the water and moisten the edge of half of the wrapper.
- Fold the wrapper in half to create a half-moon shape, enclosing the filling, and press down firmly on the edges to seal.
- Place the assembled dumplings on a parchment-lined tray or plate, ensuring they don't touch each other.
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3-5 minutes.
- Lightly spray the bottom of your air fryer basket with cooking oil spray.
- Arrange the dumplings in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure not to overcrowd them.
- Lightly spray the tops of the dumplings with cooking oil spray.
- Air fry for 8-12 minutes, flipping them halfway through.
- Remove the cooked dumplings from the air fryer and set them aside.
- While the dumplings are air frying, whisk together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil in a small bowl.
- If desired, stir in chili flakes or a dash of sriracha to taste.
